Technological Iteration and Upgrading, Realizing the Leap from Temporary to Permanent Container Modular Residences
Technological Iteration and Upgrading, Realizing the Leap from Temporary to Permanent Container Modular Residences
2026-04-27
The domestic container modular residence industry has completed the technological leap from "simple container houses" to the second-generation permanent products, completely getting rid of the stereotype of "temporary construction site houses" and upgrading towards intelligence, low carbonization and high quality. The main body of the product adopts Q345 galvanized steel and composite thermal insulation walls, with a heat transfer coefficient controlled within 0.35 W/(㎡·K). It has 8-level earthquake resistance, 12-level wind resistance and Class A fire resistance, with a design life of up to 50 years, fully meeting the standards for permanent residential use. On the production side, BIM technology, automatic welding and laser cutting processes are widely used, with a factory prefabrication rate of more than 90%. The on-site installation of a single residential building only takes 1-3 days, which greatly improves construction efficiency and reduces on-site construction pollution. In terms of intelligence, products generally integrate whole-house IoT, photovoltaic energy storage, intelligent security, air purification and other systems, and some high-end products achieve "off-grid self-sufficiency" to improve the living experience. In terms of low carbon and environmental protection, the whole-life cycle carbon emissions are reduced by more than 30% compared with traditional buildings, construction waste is reduced by 75%, and the disassembly and reuse rate reaches 80%, which perfectly meets the requirements of the "dual carbon" strategy and promotes the high-quality development of the industry.
